As Senior Director of Product Management in Cisco's AI Software and Platform organization, James guides the team building the next generation of agentic operations - a platform where customers manage their entire Cisco footprint, run cross-domain workflows, and put AI agents to work as digital co-workers. Before joining Cisco, James worked in product leadership at Palo Alto Networks, building enterprise platforms and identity products across the company's cloud security portfolio. With a background that spans identity, security, network management, and SaaS platforms, James focuses on turning multi-product portfolios into a single, value driven customer experiences.
